They deliver new build and refurbishment projects in commercial, education, healthcare, leisure and highways/civil engineering, with project values ranging from £250k to £5m. The team is highly skilled, friendly and stable, working from impressive countryside offices and maintaining strong, long-standing client relationships.The RoleYou will prepare accurate and competitive tenders across a wide range of sectors, working closely with the commercial team. You will be joining an existing estimating team of two, working largely from the office with site visits as required. Projects include both new build and refurbishment schemes, as well as small civils and groundworks elements. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, contributing to a culture focused on quality, value and teamwork. Experience with Causeway is beneficial but not essential.The Right Person5+ years’ experience as an Estimator in constructionExperience in new build or refurbishment (ideally both)Groundworks or civils experience beneficial but not essentialStrong IT literacy (Causeway experience an advantage)GCSE Maths grade C or aboveStrong analytical and communication skillsEnjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team
