Their hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure every project is completed to the highest standard - efficiently, safely, and to specification. The Role As a Fit-Out Estimator, you'll play a key role in assessing project needs, estimating costs, and preparing competitive bids for various interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: Analysing technical drawings to understand project scope and requirementsPreparing accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.Producing clear and organised cost breakdowns for internal review and client presentation.Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to achieve best value.Building and maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors and supply chain partners.Assisting in project budgeting and cost monitoring to ensure financial targets are met.Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to support smooth project delivery.Ensuring all estimating data, documentation, and records are maintained accurately within company systems.Contributing to the continuous improvement of pricing databases, procurement processes, and estimating practices.
