Key Responsibilities: Review and assess incoming customer enquiriesEnsure all required information is available prior to preparing quotationsLiaise with customers to clarify technical and commercial requirementsInterpret architect’s drawings and bills of quantitiesCalculate costs and prepare accurate quotationsMaintain accurate enquiry and quotation recordsFollow up quotations and monitor outcomesProcess customer orders once quotations are accepted About You: Experience within construction, manufacturing, building, or joineryPrevious experience in an Estimator or Quantity Surveying role preferredStrong IT and numerical skills, particularly Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracyConfident communicator who works well within a team Benefits: 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)Company pension schemeMedical insurance and death-in-service coverHybrid working availableDiscretionary bonus based on company performance
