What you’ll be doingInstead of aggressive "hard selling," this role is about building relationships and offering genuine solutions. You’ll be: Connecting: Reaching out to estate agency owners to start conversations about their digital presence.Listening: Understanding the challenges they face in their local markets.Guiding: Showing them how a better website or a thoughtful SEO strategy could make their lives easier and their businesses more profitable.Nurturing: Keeping in touch with existing clients to ensure they are getting the most out of the agency’s services. What we’re looking forWe are looking for someone who "speaks" estate agency. You don't need to be a digital expert yet—the team will teach you the technical bits—but you do need to understand the property industry.
