Implement and configure ERPNext (hosted on Frappe Cloud) to: • Replace BrightHR with ERPNext’s HR & Attendance / Leave Management modules • Replace Zoho Bigin with ERPNext’s CRM (Partners, Leads, Opportunities, Agreements) • Replace Zoho Ticketing with ERPNext’s Helpdesk / Support Ticketing • Migrate relevant historical data from all three systems • Integrate company email (e.g. support@, sales@) and configure automatic ticket creation and notifications • Set up relevant KPIs, reports, and dashboards for HR, Sales, and Support • Map the ERPNext instance to our own subdomains (e.g. erp.muasrt.com) support.muasrt.com) on Frappe Cloud • Provide documentation and basic training so we can maintain the system ourselves
