We are recruiting for an ERP Systems and Software Specialist for a fantastic company based in Eastleigh. The company has several hundred users across multiple sites, it is a successful and growing business, innovative and invests in IT.This role reports to the Head of IT and is the guardian of the ERP system. The role plays a pivotal role in maintaining the ERP system, acting as conduit with the software provider, and in training of staff.It is a role you can make your own and input your continuous improvement ideas. The team and company are a fantastic work environment, one of the best.The RoleThis role focuses on the following:Taking ownership of the ERP system’s day to day operation and performanceLooking after the users, from new starter training to dealing with user issuesInterfacing with software providerSome specific tasks include:Manage system upgrades and updates, testing them, implementing and communicating as necessary to usersWork with the business to understand how users would like to improve the system, organise those improvements and launch themConduct audits and create processes to ensure ISO 27001 complianceLog and track user issues with the ERP system and help to resolveTrain new starters on how to use the systemProvide strategic input on how the systems can evolve to help the business achieve its objectivesThe Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for the following in the successful candidate:Solid, progressive experience managing ERP systemsExperience of training users on how to use the systemCapability to communicate technical things to non technical usersExperience of process management and process improvementIn terms of personal
