Interim ER Specialist Contract Length: 6 MonthsLocation: Remote (occasional travel to office may be required)Daily Rate: £400 (Inside IR35 via Umbrella) We are seeking an experienced Interim ER Specialist to manage a broad and varied employee relations (ER) workload, providing expert support, coaching, and advice to stakeholders across the organisation. This role reports directly to the ER Manager and plays a crucial role in guiding the ER Advisor and promoting skill development within the team. Day-to-day of the role: Provide detailed ER support, advice, and guidance on complex cases to business leaders, ensuring alignment with best practices and company policies.Handle consultations, restructures, redundancies, and TUPE processes.Offer practical business solutions for all advice given, highlighting and mitigating potential risks while considering the commercial needs of the business.Lead on cases collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure optimal outcomes.Manage and resolve complex sickness absence issues, including ill health capability dismissals and complex occupational health referrals.Oversee performance management cases, providing coaching and support.Participate in the grievance process, ensuring thorough communication and updates to HR Business Partners (HRBPs).Manage disciplinary and grievance outcome letters, collaborating with partners and the Employee Legal Advisory Team (ELAT) before issuance.Handle Death in Service cases comprehensively, including operational and administrative aspects.Review and sign off on Settlement Agreements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of five years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations.Proven ability to handle both straightforward and complex ER cases independently.Experience in various industri
