Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism HR Function Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary The ERPA Advisor plays a critical role within the ERPA team, managing all formal employee relations and case management activities across UK firmwide business areas. This position provides expert advice on employee relations matters and handles non-complex cases involving misconduct, performance management, and health and wellbeing. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, working closely with LoS People Consultants and other People Life Cycle teams to ensure effective resolution and compliance. With responsibility for delivering accurate guidance and managing sensitive cases, the ERPA Advisor supports the business in maintaining fair processes and fostering a positive employee experience across multiple service lines. What your days will look like: Manage end-to-end disciplinary and investigation processes, including interviews, evidence collation, and report writing. Support disciplinary chairs and employees on issues such as timesheet irregularities, conduct, data loss/theft, and performance capability. Provide employee relations advice on health, wellbeing, and employment policies, including special leave and informal complaints. Handle health and wellbeing cases, including occupational health referrals and income protection activities. Assist Career Coaches with Performance Improvement Plans and manage non-complex disciplinary appeals. Produce high-quality documentation (reports, letters, meeting notes) and maintain accurate case records in Navex and ServiceNow. Support ER SDT Managers with project work (e.g., TUPE, redundancy) and participate in consultations and employee meetings. Ensure GDPR compliance when handling sensitive data and collaborate with ERPA to improve data capture and quality.
