We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme, and more As an ER Advisor based in Warwick or Ripon (3 days per week), you’ll be responsible for: Working in a fast-paced environment, managing a number of complex cases at any one time, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence and attendance, bullying and harassment, whistleblowing, and appeals Providing comprehensive advice to managers on a wide range of ER matters Providing advice and information to line managers and employees in relation to all HR policy and procedures, ensuring consistency of application throughout the business Maintaining and updating employee relations records on the casework HALO ticketing system and employee files. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer flexibility around hybrid working, with 2 days per week from home.
