This role will be based in London supporting the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) which is part of Investment Banking. The role has close proximity to Syndicate Desk and Banking Teams working closely with each of the broader operational components that support the business front to back to ensure a seamless front to back process and service offering. Our Syndicate Operations groups are responsible for coordinating logistics surrounding deal pipeline spanning deal & account setup, Trade Management to ensure timely settlement. What you'll do: Provide support to the Syndicate Desk, Banking Team as well as Markets Front Office Sales and Trading on Syndicate transactions. Support pre deal & instrument setups, associated regulatory filings, Syndicate trade management through to Front to Back reconciliation and exception management. Ensure the volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables, and the integrity of processes, Operations and associated results.
