Job Description

Coordinate and manage data refresh activities to ensure timely and efficient updates Proactively monitor test environments to identify and resolve issues promptly Track and manage changes within the environment to maintain stability and compliance Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the environment and test data effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee the scheduling and execution of data refreshes in collaboration with technical teams Implement proactive monitoring strategies to detect and address environmental issues early Maintain comprehensive records of all changes in the environment and ensure proper change management protocols are followed Advise stakeholders on optimal use of test environments and data to support testing and development activities Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth coordination of environment-related activities Continuously improve change management processes to enhance environment reliability and performance
