Hi, We are at day zero. The vision is to build a new venture platform that backs ambitious young founders aged 18 to 22 before anyone else. The model is not fixed yet. We are exploring whether to stay broad like YC or the Thiel Fellowship or focus on frontier sectors such as AI, robotics, or biotech. We are looking for someone with the commercial instincts of Alex Hormozi, the contrarian clarity of Peter Thiel, and the founder empathy of Paul Graham. This will begin as a deep hands on engagement to scope and stress test our model with the potential to evolve into a long term partnership. What you will do - Design the business architecture including funding, equity structures, and monetization - Advise on capital strategy including fund, philanthropy, or hybrid approaches - Guide thinking on sector focus whether broad or frontier specialization - Shape program design including cohorts, founder agreements, and investor pipeline - Help position the platform with investors, partners, and young founders Who you are - Experienced in venture, accelerators, or early stage company building - Commercially creative and fluent in equity mechanics, revenue models, and platform economics - A strategic thinker able to connect disparate models into a coherent blueprint - Contrarian and first principles oriented, thrives in ambiguity - Ideally has perspective on frontier sectors such as AI, robotics, or biotech Why join - This is a from scratch build.
