The Enterprise Risk Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and advancing the maturity of risk management practices across the Bank. This role focuses on embedding effective risk management processes, ensuring consistent application of governance standards, and supporting the Bank’s strategic risk objectives. Key Responsibilities In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the maturity of the Bank’s risk management framework and ensuring that strong governance practices are embedded across the organisation. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of core enterprise risk processes, including risk policy management, risk appetite, and risk taxonomy.
