Role/Department The Enterprise Resilience Tooling & Automation - Senior Consultant will work alongside one other partner with joint responsibility for supporting the development and optimization of the firm's resilience tooling strategy in alignment with regulatory and internal resilience frameworks. The Key Responsibilities of the Role: Support the development and enhancement of the firm's resilience (operational resilience and business continuity) tooling strategy, with a focus on the Fusion platform. Maintain and configure Fusion to support resilience planning, impact tolerance assessments, and scenario testing activities. Assist in the development of integrations between Fusion and other golden source systems to ensure accurate and consistent data across platforms. Oversee the design and implementation of automated triggers and alerts to support timely response to resilience events and thresholds. Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure tooling supports regulatory and internal framework requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of tooling usage, including user support, training materials, and process documentation.
