  • About the Role
  • We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of high‑value clients and drive growth across a broad technology landscape—including Connectivity, Mobile, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security and Managed Services.
  • In this role, you’ll lead strategic account development, manage commercial performance, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes and long‑term partnerships.
  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Grow and develop enterprise accounts by deepening relationships, expanding service adoption, and uncovering new opportunities across the full technology stack.
  • Lead structured QBR sessions, providing insights on performance, project progress, risks, and upcoming commercial initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (SFDC), ensuring clean pipelines, predictable forecasting, and clear commercial reporting.
  • Act as the primary link between the client and internal technical, operational, project, and commercial teams to keep delivery aligned and consistent.
  • Develop tailored account strategies, including IT roadmaps, risk registers, and long‑term plans aligned to customer goals.
  • Own commercial negotiations such as renewals, amendments and pricing discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, Project Managers and Operations to scope and shape technology solutions spanning Connectivity, Mobile, Workspace, Cyber and Managed Services.
  • Support onboarding and project execution, ensuring smooth communication and a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Background in IT, technology services, managed services, telecoms or MSP environments, preferably working with enterprise or upper mid‑market clients.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to recognise, shape and close multi‑pillar opportunities.
  • Confident presenter who can lead QBRs and engage senior client stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and proactive, capable of handling complex accounts with multiple workstreams.
  • Customer‑first approach with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Skilled at coordinating cross‑functional teams, including Project Managers, to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Naturally curious and able to identify whitespace and growth areas within accounts.
  • Professional, credible and able to build long‑term strategic relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence.
