- Join our dynamic Enterprise Change team and play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives across the organisation. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to influence change at an enterprise level and make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing analysis support to the Enterprise Change team on strategic initiatives
- Leading small projects to enhance the change framework and engaging stakeholders to define optimal processes
- Managing the change lifecycle and framework, ensuring adherence to standards and data availability for intervention
- Assisting with Enterprise Change reporting, including updates to governance committees
- Supporting delivery and management of enterprise ‘Air-Traffic Control’ to identify dependencies and conflicts
- Coordinating governance forums and reporting cycles to enable effective portfolio management
- Supporting the implementation of Enterprise Change tooling and migration of data into the solution
- Qualifications
Who we’re looking for
- Experience working in a PMO or portfolio environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Strong organisational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- Ability to analyse processes, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Exposure to financial tracking and capability to contextualise data for project viability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships
