  • Powtoon’s Enterprise / Mid-Market practice is growing, and we’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive with a strong Pharma background and industry connections to drive growth within pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences organizations.
  • You’ll join our team at our offices located in Aldwych, central London.
  • What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow Powtoon’s Pharma & Life Sciences vertical, targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, and related healthcare organizations
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to generate new enterprise opportunities
  • Research pharmaceutical companies and key stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Commercial, L&D, Compliance, Marketing, HR, etc.) to identify high-value prospects
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting — independently and in collaboration with an SDR
  • Lead discovery conversations that uncover industry-specific challenges such as compliance, training, product launches, internal communications, and patient education
  • Position Powtoon’s value in a way that aligns with regulatory, compliance, and operational realities of Pharma organizations
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Develop tailored quotes and proposals for enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Attend relevant Pharma, Life Sciences, and healthcare conferences and industry events
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
  • What We’re Looking For
  • A customer-facing sales professional who thrives on solving real business problems in the Pharma world
  • A true hunter with a proven record of closing enterprise deals in competitive, regulated markets
  • Strong understanding of Pharma organizational structures and buying processes
  • Comfortable collaborating with an SDR while also self-sourcing and owning pipeline
  • Expert in consultative selling, storytelling, and value-based selling
  • Listener-first mindset with the ability to challenge stakeholders and drive strategic conversations
  • Experience selling solutions related to training, communication, enablement, or digital tools within Pharma is a strong advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Executive or similar role in a SaaS / tech company – MUST
  • Substantial experience in B2B outbound enterprise sales to C-level and senior stakeholders – MUST
  • Background selling into Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare organizations – MUST
  • Established relationships or network within the Pharma industry – STRONG ADVANTAGE
  • Experience working with US-based enterprise clients – MUST
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold outreach – MUST
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas – MUST
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) – MUST
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or LeadIQ – MUST
  • Native-level English – MUST
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret spreadsheets and sales metrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or relevant experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Powtoon or visual communication platforms is a HUGE PLUS
