If that sounds like you, then please read on.As a Enrolment and Outcome Agent, you will be providing an effective and timely service in the admission of learner applications through online, telephone and face to face methods onto WEA programmes of learning. Being responsible for the administration of new learner enrolments, applicant processing and learner communication and query resolutions.Reporting to the Learner Enrolment and Outcomes Team Leader, the successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a rigorous approach to quality.
