  • WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Working on a rotating shift schedule, in this role, you will join a young, energetic team whose main responsibility is to assist customers with queries.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist customers by answering incoming email queries;
  • Answering customer queries and gathering customers’ feedback by email, chat, and telephone;
  • Calling customers to promote the campaigns to increase engagement.
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in the field of customer support will be an asset;
  • A university degree or similar qualification;
  • Have complete fluency in both written and spoken English;
  • Be willing to learn and work on a 24/7 shift schedule;
  • Experience with escalations and phonecall assistance will be an asset.
  • SKILLS
  • Possess strong typing skills;
  • Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing;
  • Be a great team player;
  • Can multitask and work under pressure.
