- WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Working on a rotating shift schedule, in this role, you will join a young, energetic team whose main responsibility is to assist customers with queries.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers by answering incoming email queries;
- Answering customer queries and gathering customers’ feedback by email, chat, and telephone;
- Calling customers to promote the campaigns to increase engagement.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the field of customer support will be an asset;
- A university degree or similar qualification;
- Have complete fluency in both written and spoken English;
- Be willing to learn and work on a 24/7 shift schedule;
- Experience with escalations and phonecall assistance will be an asset.
- SKILLS
- Possess strong typing skills;
- Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing;
- Be a great team player;
- Can multitask and work under pressure.
