We are looking for an Engineering Practice Lead, to join the DevOps, CI/CD Practice Group. As an Engineering Practice Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital acceleration, enhancing operational resilience and supporting the transformation of HSBC into a cutting edge, software engineering-led organisation. You will be responsible for evangelizing best practices, implementing robust SDLC processes, and supporting the development of cross-functional capabilities. Your role will involve influencing engineering standards, facilitating upskilling opportunities, and championing DevOps principles. You will also focus on fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.
