The Role The Engineering Manager oversees New Product Introduction, Process Improvement, Quality Control and Technical Oversight in the manufacture of high-precision components and products with tight tolerances. They will need to combine technical engineering knowledge with leadership skills to ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery.
