Project Tracking: Creating and managing complex spreadsheets to track progress, as well as maintaining our Commitments Database. Community Engagement: Organising essential letter drop campaigns to keep our customers informed about the engineering work happening in their area. Reporting: Creating project performance and management reports that give us the big picture. Contribute to a developing role by supporting evolving departmental needs, including specification change management, the refinement of internal standards and procedures, and the facilitation of internal audits and induction processes.
