Our client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank, is seeking an Engagement Manager to join their Strategy function within one of its major global business divisions. This is a high-profile role offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact initiatives that shape the division's long-term direction. You will play a key role in defining investment priorities, supporting financial planning, and driving strategic decision-making across a global business line. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will address critical commercial challenges, assess growth opportunities, and help position the franchise for sustained success in an evolving market environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end strategic projects, from problem definition through analysis and executive recommendation. Evaluate long-term growth opportunities, business performance, and competitive positioning. Deliver clear, data-driven insights based on market, industry, and competitor analysis. Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders across multiple regions. Support strategic planning cycles and track performance against key financial and operational KPIs. Skillset and Requirements Experience leading high-impact strategy engagements within a top-tier strategy consultancy (e.g. MBB, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&) or within the strategy function of a leading financial institution. Strong understanding of wholesale, corporate, or investment banking environments. Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities and risks with material commercial impact. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders, including Managing Director and Executive-level stakeholders.
