Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support pupils who require a flexible and tailored approach to learning, helping them re-engage with education, build confidence and make meaningful academic and personal progress. This is a dynamic and rewarding role requiring resilience, professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships with young people who may present with complex needs.
