This newly created role will support the Head of Regulation in delivering our energy strategy objectives, working collaboratively with colleagues across the business and key external stakeholders.The postholder will represent Evolve’s interests with the Department for the Economy, Utility Regulator, Consumer Council, government departments, network operators and gas suppliers. They will be deeply involved in shaping and supporting energy transition initiatives, promoting a culture of innovation while ensuring regulatory awareness across the company.This is a dynamic and influential position, ideal for a strategic thinker who can operate effectively in a rapidly evolving energy landscape. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong influencing and negotiating skills, sound judgement and an adaptable approach—working collaboratively, yet capable of responding swiftly and independently when required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the continued development of strategic energy transition decisions, defining Evolve’s position and communicating it effectively both internally and externally.Collaborate with other network operators on energy strategy–funded projects and take a leading role on key energy strategy projects where appropriate.Contribute to the development and implementation of decarbonisation policies and procedures.Establish Evolve’s position on key energy strategy issues in consultation with internal stakeholders, and communicate this position to relevant internal and external audiences.Lead Evolve’s responses to stakeholder requests related to energy transition, including public co
