This would be an excellent opportunity for someone experienced within Energy or an experienced customer service professional looking to get into the industry If you are passionate about supporting customers please apply now Description As an Energy Customer Care Advisor you will be supporting and providing assistance to customers with their meter queries. You will be investigating meter queries and any discrepancies working alongside the offshore customer service department to come to a quick resolution and ensure an excellent experience is provided. The role will be extremely varied alongside supporting with meter installations booking in works and providing support to engineers to solve any issues. Will include analysing data and producing reports alongside general administrative duties required for the team. Profile Energy and meter experience desirable but not essential and the business will consider customer service candidates from a variety of backgrounds Excellent communication and a confident communicator Analytical and an excellent problem solver Good attention to detail and organisation Able to work towards targets and service level agreements <
