We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically minded individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Energy Calculations Production Assistant. You will work alongside three experienced team members to produce building energy calculations for domestic and non-domestic projects across the UK. This is a long-term role with full training provided — ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving, and learning new software. --- Key Responsibilities Produce SAP and SBEM calculations for domestic and commercial buildings Use industry-standard software including DesignBuilder (SBEM) and JPA Designer (SAP) Review project information and input accurate data into calculation models Interpret drawings and specifications Generate reports and ensure Part L compliance Communicate with the team to clarify details and ensure smooth workflow Maintain organised records of all project files and updates --- Preferred Skills & Experience Experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided. Useful background experience includes: SAP or SBEM calculations AutoCAD or SketchUp (reading basic plans, measurements, layouts) Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) Outlook & general email handling Slack or similar team communication tools --- Requirements Strong attention to detail and logical thinking Comfortable working with technical information Reliable, consistent, and able to follow structured workflows Good communication skills Must be available Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm UK time --- What We Offer Full training on all SAP & SBEM processes Long-term, stable position Collaborative team environment Opportunity to develop high-value technical skills in the energy assessment industry --- How to Apply Please apply with: 1.
