Over the next 10 months we are looking for a reliable, end-to-end communications support, working roughly 15–20 hours a week from wherever you are in the UK or Europe. Ideally we would like this person to join us for our flagship event 'Aftercare Forum; we will organize in Riga for a week-long event in June 2026 (travel and accommodation covered). Day to day you will:• Plan and write authoritative emails, social media, articles and blog posts • Design eye-catching graphics in Canva and produce short-form videos fit for both web and onsite screens• Keep our LinkedIn presence active and strategic—weekly posts, community engagement and performace analytics.• Write copy for our various websites, brochures, ppts, company story line, event comms, etcEach month we expect a content calendar, draft assets ready for review, and a concise metrics report so we can see what’s working. Turnaround is quick but reasonable—we’ll agree on deadlines together and communicate via email and weekly video calls. We are a small team and we are looking for somebody who is willing to cover all aspects of comms/PR/marketing for the event, including engaging with partners, driving sales, communicating with participants and speakers, etc.The ideal candidate will:be based in either UK or Europe to engage with Riga daily, while working with colleagues based in -4 GMT for the most of the project.be keen to travel to Riga, as we are looking for candidates who won't required a visa.Experience living in Latvia or Latvian speakers a plus.If you’re proactive, write clear, native-level English, understand brand storytelling, are used to handle various projects simultaneously, are comfortable travelling for that one event, and have a glass-half full attitude, let’s talk.
