What you’ll be doingYou’ll manage your own full and varied employment law caseload, offering both contentious and non-contentious support to a wide range of employer clients. Your role will include:Advising employers on all aspects of employment law, including redundancies, disciplinary matters, grievances, TUPE, and day-to-day HR queriesHandling contentious matters such as Employment Tribunal claims, preparing pleadings, witness statements and supporting bundlesDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, and settlement agreementsProviding strategic advice on restructuring, workforce changes, and risk managementWorking closely with business owners, HR teams, and senior leaders to deliver commercially-minded, practical solutionsCollaborating with colleagues across commercial, corporate, and litigation teams to deliver joined-up, holistic client serviceWhat’s in it for youExcellent long-term career prospects and c
