Employment Solicitor Leeds City Centre One of Leeds’ top law firms is recruiting an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its highly successful and growing Employment team on a full-time, permanent basis.Due to continued expansion, the team is seeking an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to manage a varied and high-quality caseload, working closely with owner-managed businesses and HR professionals across a broad range of employment matters.Main Job Duties:Providing strategic employment law advice to owner-managed businesses and HR teamsDrafting and advising on commercial agreements and contracts of employmentHandling breach of contract mattersManaging contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including litigationAdvising on discrimination claims, disciplinary processes and grievance proceduresSupporting clients on TUPE transfers, redundancies and restructuresManaging files independently while contributing to the wider team’s success About you:Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Employment LawStrong technical knowledge across a wide range of employment mattersConfident managing your own caseload with minimal supervisionCommercially minded with excellent client relationship skillsA proactive team player keen to contribute to a growing department What’s on offer:Opportunity to join one of Leeds’ leading law firmsHigh-quality, varied employment workSupportive and collaborative team environmentFull-time, permanent position with genuine career progression This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step within a respected and expanding team.
