Experience of advocacy in court / tribunal /chambers settings, ability to manage own caseload and commercial, practical and financial awareness expected.Responsibilities include: Advising on day to day HR and Employment Law issues Drafting employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks Handling and advising Settlement Agreements, Redundancy, and Employment Tribunal claims Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input (TUPE, due diligence etc ) Assisting with business development, client training sessions and marketing initiatives Exposure to Claimant and respondent workSuccessful, expanding, forward thinking organisation.
