Core responsibilitiesCase management: Investigate and manage complex and sensitive employee cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues.Managerial coaching: Provide guidance and training to managers to ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant handling of employee relations matters.Policy and strategy: Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and programs to promote a positive and productive work environment.Compliance and risk mitigation: Ensure all practices align with employment law and company policies, while also managing risks associated with cases.Data and reporting: Analyze employee relations data and trends, maintain accurate records, and provide reports to senior management on case volumes and outcomes.Stakeholder relations: Collaborate with unions, professional bodies, and other departments (including legal and HR) to address issues and implement solutions.Change management: Support and advise on employee relations aspects of organizational changes, such as restructures or TUPE transfers.Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help foster a sense of trust and loyalty through strong relationships.
