As an Employee Relations Consultant, Vice President - UK & Ireland, you will provide expert support and advice to the business divisions and corporate functions throughout the UK and Ireland ensuring the effective management of internal and external Employee Relations (ER) matters and ER related risks (e.g. legal, financial and reputational). The team you will be joining plays an important role in the overall success of the organization. Across the globe, institutional investors rely on State Street to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability. To make that happen we need teams like Employee Relations to advise on a variety of workplace matters and to help manage employee concerns in the organization as a whole. In your role, you will strive for commercial and thoughtful solutions while also building manager capability and fostering engagement within our employee population. This is an exciting role for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant with deep expertise in the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities As a senior consultant, provide timely and professional advice on ER issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and conduct matters.Manage a caseload of complex ER cases, ensuring accurate documentation and risk mitigation.Partner with HR Business Partners and line managers to resolve complex employee issues.Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment legislation and internal policies.Collaborate with key stakeholders on employee relations and conducted related matters such as legal, risk, compliance, etc.Facilitate employee relations investigations (performance, sickness absence management, conduct, grievance, anti-harassment).
