This role seeks a highly accomplished and results-driven Emerging Market (EM) Trader to join our dynamic Equities trading desk. You will leverage extensive experience in navigating the complexities of EM equity derivatives, consistently delivering robust P&L, managing significant risk books, and optimizing trading strategies across diverse EM landscapes. This position requires a trader adept at combining deep market insights with sophisticated product knowledge to capitalize on market dislocations and client opportunities, driving growth and expanding client penetration within complex EM segments. What you will do will be varied day to day, but the key drivers for the role are: Consistently generate strong P&L through strategic trading and monetization of market conditions in EM equity derivatives, expanding client penetration within key institutional segments.Develop and execute sophisticated trading strategies across MSCI indices, synthetic baskets, exchange traded futures, futures, and swaps, with a focus on optimizing h
