- As an Enterprise Partner Marketing Manager IC, you will be the EMEA subject matter expert for Cloud and AI, collaborating with our top enterprise partners and internal teams to define and execute regional go-to-market plans. You will own a portfolio of strategic partners, working closely to accelerate Cloud & AI pipeline and revenue through innovative marketing strategies and impactful campaigns. In this role, you’ll represent Cloud & AI in partner GTM efforts, partnering with key stakeholders to drive alignment and measurable results.

Responsibilities Include
- Develop Cloud and AI EMEA Partner Go-To-Market (GTM) plan, ensuring strategies are aligned with Microsoft’s priorities and tailored to the region’s unique market dynamics.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across EMEA and Core teams to drive strong alignment to Cloud & AI priorities and maximize impact through joint initiatives.
- Own and drive Partner GTM enablement for Cloud & AI, ensuring both internal partner and external partners are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to execute GTM effectively across EMEA.
- Manage the Cloud & AI thru-partner marketing budget for EMEA, ensuring effective allocation to driving strong ROI, and sharing best practices across the community.
- Across your allocated partner portfolio, develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, leveraging Microsoft’s investments, incentives, and content to accelerate pipeline and revenue for Cloud & AI.
- Track and report on GTM execution, pipeline growth, and ROI, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate business impact.
- Champion operational excellence, compliance, and a culture of integrity and inclusion in all Cloud & AI partner marketing activities.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, partner marketing, channel management, business development alliance management within the technology industry and with + 10years with managed segment (corporate and/or enterprise) marketing or sales
- OR equivalent experience
- Record of accomplishment of executing impactful go-to-market strategies and driving sales acceleration through effective partner engagement
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Regional Market Experience working in area or multi-country market environment, understanding the nuances and dynamics of diverse markets.
- Ability to tailor partner marketing plans to different countries and navigate cultural and business variations
- Medium and Large Managed Account Market Expertise with previous knowledge of the Managed Account (medium and large) market, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making, track performance, and optimize partner marketing investments
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies, drive results, and deliver a seamless partner experience
- Experience with Cloud and AI solution marketing, including knowledge of Microsoft’s Cloud & AI portfolio and its application in partner go-to-market strategies.
