This role is firmly focused on EMC compliance testing - not product design or RF development - giving you ownership of projects from initial setup through to final reporting.What you'll be doing Delivering EMC testing in screened enclosures and in-situ environments Taking ownership of EMC test projects and accurate delivery of results Supporting customers before and during test programmes, including managing issues during failure phases Maintaining test data and electronic logbooks Generating test procedures, plans and reports, including photos and measurement uncertainty Contributing to EMC test method, equipment and capability development Supporting validation of client requirements, including occasional site visits Providing technical input to support quotation and sales activities Developing specialist EMC expertise (e.g. rail, marine or radio EMC standards) Supporting training and knowledge sharing within the teamWorking pattern Initial training: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (37 hours) Post-training: rotating shift pattern (every two weeks):o Shift 1: Mon-Thu 8:00am-4:30pm, Fri 8:00am-4:00pmo Shift 2: Mon-Thu 4:00pm-12:30am, Fri 4:00pm-12:00amEssential criteria Experience as an EMC Test Engineer within a test house environment Demonstrable knowle
