We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist proficient in Klaviyo to create and manage weekly email campaigns for our automotive marketplace. Your role will involve designing engaging EDMs, segmenting our audience for targeted outreach, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize engagement and conversions. You should have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and be able to collaborate with our marketing team to enhance our overall strategy. About Us Hi! We’re ifndautoparts, a fast-growing UK automotive marketplace connecting car enthusiasts, mechanics, breakers and everyday sellers with the parts they need. We’re still early-stage (live for 8 months) and are now focusing heavily on improving our email marketing performance. We send all weekly marketing emails through Klaviyo, and our automated flows (welcome, order updates, etc.) are handled separately by our development team, so this role is ONLY for weekly campaigns. What We’re Looking For We need an experienced email marketer who can help us improve engagement, increase conversions, and strengthen deliverability through consistent weekly EDMs. You should have: • Proven Klaviyo experience • Strong design + copywriting skills for EDMs • Understanding of segmentation, deliverability & email best practices • Experience with e-commerce or marketplace businesses (preferred) • Ability to work with manually uploaded lists • A proactive, data-driven mindset The Engagement Structure To ensure the partnership is the right fit for both sides: Phase 1 - Paid Trial We start with a 1–2 week trial where you create: • 1 EDM • Test subject lines + CTAs • Light segmentation Trial Budget: Approx. $55–$110 USD total *Were looking to see how you think and if your the right fit for our team. If the trial goes well, we move to a more Permian ongoing service. We have built a few long term relationships with the right candidates on other Upwork jobs. Your Responsibilities • Create weekly EDMs • Improve open rate, clickthrough and engagement and conversions • Ensure good layout, readability, and CTA clarity • Optimise subject lines & preview text • Implement simple segmentation (buyers / sellers / inactive users) • Help strengthen email hygiene & reputation • Provide short reports on performance Note: You will not handle flows, only weekly campaigns. But we are looking for well rounded specialists who can evolve in the position.
