I’m looking for an experienced email deliverability specialist who can set up domains and mailboxes for cold email campaigns in Instantly.ai. The first task will be: Configure 19 domains and 38 Google Workspace email accounts. Responsibilities: Connect each email account to Instantly using the app authorization process. Configure and verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for each domain. Authenticate all domains and confirm setup in Instantly’s dashboard. Ensure proper email deliverability standards are in place (no duplicate SPF, DKIM selector correct, DMARC functional). Replicate the process consistently and efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience with Instantly.ai setup at scale. Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and DNS management. Experience with Google Workspace email accounts. Understanding of deliverability best practices to keep emails out of spam. What I expect: All domains and mailboxes fully connected, authenticated, and verified in Instantly. SPF, DKIM, DMARC records passing deliverability checks. Why apply: This is not a one-off job. The first task is 19 domains / 38 accounts, but we regularly set up Instantly campaigns for our clients.
