Electricians Mates / Improvers Pencoed | Full-Time | 6-Month Contract Introduction Acorn Recruitment is seeking experienced Electricians Mates / Improvers to join a commercial project in Pencoed. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work on a busy site with an established construction team. The Role You will be supporting electricians on a commercial project, carrying out 1st and 2nd fix duties and assisting with high-level containment works. IPAF is required due to the nature of the installation work. Key Duties Assisting with 1st and 2nd fix electrical installation work. Supporting containment installation at high level. Working closely with electricians and site teams. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations. Requirements Proven experience on commercial projects. Valid ECS / CSCS card. IPAF qualification (essential). 17th Edition and NVQs advantageous but not essential. Reliable and able to work to site deadlines.
