We are recruiting for an Electrician to join a luxury residential building in South West London. This role is key to keeping the building safe, compliant, and fully operational, delivering high-quality electrical maintenance, testing, and installations across the site. You'll work closely with other trades and the Estate Management team, ensuring all electrical work is carried out to the highest standard, in line with current regulations, and with minimal disruption to residents. Duties: Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across the buildings and facilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting systems, sockets, switches, and distribution boardsDiagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safelyConduct electrical testing and inspections (e.g., EICRs) in line with statutory regulationsEnsure compliance with IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)Maintain accurate records of completed work, inspections, and certificatesAssist with project-based installations and refurbishments as requiredWork safely with tools, equipment, and PPE at all timesIdentify and report potential hazards or electrical risks immediatelyDeal with intercoms and AOVs, fire alarm (FA) and EL testing, and development/redesign of FA and EL systemsProduce accurate job reports and communicate updates via the company's reporting systemSupport the development of the existing electrical team What We're Looking For: Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395)18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) qualification - essentialProven experience in electrical maintenance and installationStrong fault-finding, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of materials, techni
