Electrician Salary - £39,140 per annum Location – Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk Fulltime, 37hrs per week We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to carry out electrical installation and maintenance tasks throughout the whole of Saffron Housing Trust Properties. Key Responsibilities Include: Undertake all electrical works including maintenance, modernisation, improvements and remedials to maintain all premises owned by Saffron or those they have interest in. Responsible for ensuring all jobs are closed down accordingly when jobs are completed via a mobile device. Responsible for all equipment provided by Saffron including van stock, vehicle, tools, and materials. Ensuring the safety and security of Saffron’s tenants and properties by participating on the out of hours call out rota, as required.
