About the role:
As an Electrician, you’ll carry out high-quality repairs, planned works, and maintain electrical systems in Plus Dane Group properties. You’ll ensure the highest standards of service, competency, and productivity, making a genuine difference to our tenants’ lives.
Key responsibilities:
Complete electrical repairs and maintenance as requested, adhering to industry standards and Health & Safety regulations.
Accurately record work using PDA job tickets and time sheets, ensuring all certification is completed.
Maintain van stock, tools, and equipment, and represent Plus Dane professionally to tenants and stakeholders.
Respond to emergencies and participate in the callout rota as needed.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, schedulers, and managers, and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
What you’ll bring
Recognised apprenticeship at NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
18th Edition update.
City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
Experience in responsive maintenance and periodic inspections of domestic, commercial, and industrial installations.
Commitment to exceeding customer expectations, solving problems promptly, and continuous learning.
Excellent communication skills, respect for diversity, and ability to work effectively within a team.
Experience with domestic electrical installations.

This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week. You will be working across various locations in Cheshire.
