Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Guildford

An established Facilities Management company is seeking an experienced, fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a team on a static site near Guildford. This is a great opportunity to join a major commercial sector player offering ongoing training and progression.

The Role:

You'll handle all PPM and Reactive works on-site, ensuring full compliance and best practices. Key responsibilities include daily monitoring of plant/equipment, managing site logbooks, overseeing subcontractors, and utilizing CAFM/Concept systems. You'll be part of a 1 in 4 out-of-hours call-out rota.

Key Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent)

• 18th Edition

• 2391 Test & Inspection (Highly Desirable)

• Experience in occupied commercial offices

• Ability to pass a DBS check

The Offer:

• Salary up to £40,000

• Mon-Fri standard hours
