Your new role
As a Temporary Electrical Inspector / Clerk of Works, you'll oversee electrical refurbishment and rewiring works across both void and tenanted properties.
You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting pre- and post-inspections of electrical works to ensure full statutory compliance.
• Supervising contractors delivering rewiring and electrical refurbishment projects.
• Ensuring all works are supported by accurate and up-to-date electrical certification, including EICRs.
• Monitoring the quality and safety of installations across a portfolio of social housing properties.
• Providing assurance that all works meet current regulations and compliance standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• To thrive in this role, you'll need:
• A strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven technical electrical experience and qualification.
