The Role We’re looking for a dual-skilled field service engineer—someone who brings solid Electrical expertise and a second core skill such as mechanical or instrumentation. This is a hands-on role in our Kendal production team, where you’ll be working in a fast-paced, modern environment maintaining and improving critical water assets. You’ll need to be confident across both disciplines, ready to tackle a wide range of maintenance tasks and contribute to continuous improvement across the site. Here’s how we reward your skillset: If you’re bringing one core skill to us (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation) you’ll start on a salary of £38,462, but if you’ve got two disciplines, you’ll earn £44,320. One core skill-don’t go anywhere…..we will support with the training. Our dedicated team of training professionals will provide you a tailored development plan to help you build your skillset and get you seen. Key Accountabilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and, where trained, mechanical equipment to ensure asset reliability and performance.Support the delivery of compliance and safety standards, including statutory and regulatory requirements.Work independently and as part of a team to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, minimising downtime.Participate in the
