The Role We’re looking for a dual-skilled field service engineer—someone who brings solid Electrical expertise and a second core skill such as mechanical or instrumentation. This is a hands-on role in our Kendal production team, where you’ll be working in a fast-paced, modern environment maintaining and improving critical water assets. You’ll need to be confident across both disciplines, ready to tackle a wide range of maintenance tasks and contribute to continuous improvement across the site. Here’s how we reward your skillset: If you’re bringing one core skill to us (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation) you’ll start on a salary of £38,462, but if you’ve got two disciplines, you’ll earn £44,320.
