Here’s how you will contribute…Manage a team of highly skilled E&I Craftspersons & Technicians who install, maintain and fault find on all Electrical and Instrument equipment within SGN’s Transmission Network. Ensure routine maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently and inline with the latest Regulations and Standards. Provide E&I teams with the skills and equipment to adequately respond to reactive work such as faults and emergencies both in and out of hours to keep the Transmission Network operating safely. Guide the team through strategic change to champion new and existing workloads in Cyber security and Bio-methaneWhat you’ll needA background in Electrical and/or Instrumentation engineering, preferably within a hazardous area environment or regulated industry. Relevant qualifications and knowledge of standards and regulations including but not limited to EAWR, BS7671, C&G Inspection and Test, DSEAR and ATEX regulations, Instrumentation control Systems. An awareness of Operational Technology and control systems including Cyber-security standards and legislation. A keen eye for technical management and supervision including planning and scheduling a portfolio of work with the resources available. An understanding of Productivity and Operational Efficiency is desirableIn addition, you will be required to: Participate in an operational standby rota. Demonstrate and maintain a clea
