To be a part of the team they will expect you to be committed to their values too.The RoleThe primary function of this role is to coordinate the processes and procedures in line with RNN Group’s duty for learners with Education Health and Care Plans studying within Group.Key duties of the role include;Coordinate the processes and procedures to ensure that the organisation meets its duty outlined in the SEND Code of Practice.Prepare EHCP reports and reviews as appropriate.Monitor performance and progression of the learners with EHCP.Support with communication between departments.Attend staff, team and department meetings.The role is an EHCP Coordinator is critical to contribute and support curriculum to ensure learners are provided with the knowledge, skills and cultural capital they need to overcome social injustice ensuring rich opportunities to develop learners’ broader life skills and citizenship and as outlined in the EHCP outcomes.This is a role where you will can truly make a different to their learners current learning opportunity and future life prospects.Skills and QualificationsYou will need a high level of professionalism, communication and personal skills.A background in SEND support and extensive knowle
