Educational Psychologist - West Midlands We're partnering with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are seeking experienced Educational Psychologists to support with statutory Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs). Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality psychological input and advice to inform the EHCP processConduct in-person assessments to identify learning needs, emotional wellbeing, and barriers to achievementProduce clear, child-focused statutory reports to support decision-makingWork in partnership with schools, families, and other professionals, always keeping the child or young person at the centreRecommend evidence-based strategies and interventions for pupils with behavioural, emotional, and learning needsOffer consultation and training to school staff, helping to strengthen inclusive practice and build long-term capacity What We're Looking For: Postgraduate qualification in Educational PsychologyHCPC registration (essential)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsProven experience of working with children and young people, with a commitment to improving outcomes Role Details: £600 per day / £1200 Per AssessmentFace-to-face assessments requiredHybrid flexibility for reports/adminOutside IR35 Additional Benefits: Flexible working arrangements to suit your scheduleReferral scheme worth £500 if you recommend a colleague we successfully place To apply, email or call Dane on .
