We're launching a design-led e-commerce site and need an experienced Virtual Assistant to help us get over the finish line. Our client's Shopify store uses a headless architecture with Sanity CMS, and we need someone who knows this setup inside-out to handle content population and optimisation during our final pre-launch push. Timeline: 2–3 week sprint to launch, with potential for ongoing ad hoc work post-launch. What you'll do: - Populate and maintain content across Shopify and Sanity CMS (headless integration) - Optimise product and lifestyle images for web performance (compression, cropping, formatting) - Ensure content consistency and accuracy across all site pages - Follow existing documentation and help improve it - Coordinate with the brand's founder (creative background) and our project lead to keep things moving smoothly What we're looking for: - Essential: Hands-on experience with Shopify + Sanity CMS in a headless setup (examples required) - Strong grasp of e-commerce content management and best practices - Solid image optimisation skills (balancing quality, performance, and aesthetics) - Excellent written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail - Highly organized, self-directed, and communicative - Comfortable working with creative founders and adapting to evolving needs Bonus points: - Experience with premium or design-focused e-commerce brands - Knowledge of Shopify apps and third-party integrations - Background in visual merchandising or content curation Note: Generic proposals without specific Sanity CMS experience will not be considered.
