We sell on TV and across digital, not in store, and that makes life so much more dynamic. Over the 12-month Graduate Scheme you will be integrated into our Digital Store environment. You'll start with a panoramic view of the business and then apply your skills and energy where they're best suited. You will rotate to experience our Digital Store teams during your year with us, in Home, Fashion or Beauty and you will also spend time learning about live social shopping and digital marketing. You will learn about how and what it takes to be an Ecommerce Specialist at QVC. You will report in to the Digital Store Manager and be supported over the year by our Merchandise Training Specialist and you will have a buddy to guide you during your year. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our head office in Chiswick Park, West London 2 days per week. What You'll Bring You've obtained (in the last two years) or you're in the final year of your degree with work experience whether through placements, internships, or university. Trend aware, you'll be passionate about products and working in a retail head office, putting our customer at the centre of all you do. You will demonstrate that you are self-motivated and flexible in your approach to learning about our business. You'll have the confidence to communicate with your team and the wider business. At QVC, we welcome ideas, so the ability to think entrepreneurially and put your hand up when there's an opportunity to get involved in a new project will be valuable. You'll also need good PC (Microsoft Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and the ability to present to your team or the wider business.
